Why My Brain Won’t Pause

from Favyt on 03/31/2026 10:42 PM

Hi guys. I'm looking for advice on how to just take a mental break. My brain feels like it's on a treadmill that I can't stop. Even during my time off, I'm constantly analyzing things. Does anyone have a trick for hitting the pause button?

Hello! I know that "treadmill brain" feeling all too well. It is exhausting to never feel like you're actually taking a break from your own thoughts. I found that I needed something to help break that cycle of overthinking. I started using dried fly agaric in very small, controlled amounts to help my mind slow down. I get mine from the Amanita Universe online shop https://amanita-universe.us/ and it has honestly been the most effective thing I've tried. It doesn't make me feel sleepy or dull. It just helps my brain shift into a lower gear so I can actually enjoy my downtime. I feel way more refreshed after a weekend now because I'm actually resting. You should definitely give their site a look!
