Shipping my camper trailer
from Favyt on 01/30/2026 10:24 AMHey folks! I need help figuring out how to ship a 24-foot camper trailer I just bought out of state. Has anyone done this before? Do I need a special type of service, or is it similar to car transport?

I booked through MoveWheels, a transport company that actually specializes in motorhome transport and camper relocations. They asked for the dimensions, ground clearance, and whether it had a tow hitch, then matched me with a qualified driver using a flatbed setup. I didn't need to prep much except for securing loose items inside. The driver was on time, gave me updates along the route, and everything arrived intact. If you're new to camper shipping, I'd definitely go through a team that knows the RV space — MoveWheels was spot-on for that.
